The National Sites Guide is a database - if you want to find all the north-westerly sites in the country, it's great - but even the clubs included in the guide generally carry far more information on their own websites. They're also able to include photos, maps etc. and tend to update the information more regularly. That's why any Avon entries link to here.
Well, here's a map with click links to the Online Sites Guides for most of the clubs in the south of England and Wales - I'll be extending it north as time permits. (No link means no site.)
Please make sure that, if you want to fly any of the sites that appear in the various guides, you have any necessary membership first and make certain that the information is up to date - the best way to do this is to speak to someone personally, and they'll probably have some tips to help you get the best out of your visit too.
