If you are having problems due to the behaviour of the other pilots then introduce yourself to them and explain your position. Chances are they didn’t realise their behaviour was causing you problems. If you can enlighten them you are doing a great service to us all. There are very few pilots who do inconsiderate things consciously. Mostly they are not aware of the consequences of their behaviour, and a friendly chat will sort things out. If a friendly chat results in a hostile reaction, then talk to other pilots on the hill and see if they can’t put pressure to bear on the offender(s).

We've had some good feedback already about this section - thanks! The more eagle-eyed will note that I've done some more work on it too. If you have any articles you'd like us to include, please email them to me.
